Job summary

T&T Cleaning and Restoration in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Water Restoration Sales Technician to help homeowners and businesses recover after disasters. This in-person role manages water, fire, mold, asbestos mitigation, and board-up projects while maintaining strong customer communication and delivering top-quality workmanship.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of industry experience, IICRC certifications (WTR, ASD, AMRT) preferred, and a reliable driver with a clean record.

Qualifications

• Arizona residency and valid driver’s license with clean record.
• IICRC certifications (WTR, ASD, AMRT) strongly preferred; training available.
• Experience in water, fire, mold, asbestos mitigation and board-up projects is a plus.
• Must reside in Arizona and be able to perform in-person field work.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, lead, and manage water restoration projects from start to finish.
• Supervise field technicians to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Communicate with customers, insurance adjusters, and team members.
• Perform water extraction, equipment setup and monitoring, and content handling.
• Collect data, photos, and documentation for each project.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment and follow PPE rules.
• Participate in on-call and weekend rotation schedules.
• Support Mitigation Manager with additional tasks as needed.
