Job summary

SERVPRO Team Miller is seeking a strong leader to join our Wheeling team as a project lead in emergency water mitigation. You’ll oversee crews, develop technicians, and ensure safety and quality on every job.

Your role will involve clear communication with homeowners and customers to explain the mitigation process and set expectations. We value a strong work ethic, a valid driver’s license, and previous experience in construction, restoration, or mitigation.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, restoration or mitigation preferred.
• Strong leadership and ownership of projects.
• Excellent communication with homeowners/customers.
• Requires valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead emergency water mitigation projects.
• Supervise and develop technicians on-site.
• Communicate with homeowners and customers clearly.
• Ensure jobs are completed safely and correctly.
• Lead and coordinate response during storm events when needed.
