Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Project Manager to lead infrastructure and land development projects in the Sacramento area.

You will manage projects from planning through construction, develop client relationships, and mentor engineering staff. The role requires coordinating with municipalities and regulatory agencies, providing technical oversight and QA/QC, and supporting proposals and business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant engineering and project management experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in California or ability to obtain licensure within a reasonable timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Manage civil engineering projects from planning and design through construction.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and fee estimates.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, clients, municipalities, and regulatory agencies.
• Provide technical oversight and quality assurance/quality control.
• Mentor engineers and support staff development.
• Assist with proposals, business development, and client relationship management.
