Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Project Manager to lead diverse infrastructure and land development projects in Boise, Idaho. The role spans planning through construction, with client relationship development and staff mentorship.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, 7+ years of PM experience, and a PE license with the ability to obtain licensure. Experience across water, municipal, transportation, and land development is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant engineering and project management experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in California or ability to obtain licensure within a reasonable timeframe.
