Job summary

Atwell, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to work on water resources and civil engineering projects, including land development, stormwater management and utility-scale solar. You will contribute to project growth, prepare drainage studies and design documents, and coordinate permitting with multiple agencies.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree (ABET) and PE licensure, with 4+ years of relevant experience and proficiency in AutoCAD Civil3D, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, and StormCAD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• PE licensure is required.
• 4+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil3D, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, StormCAD or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Support water resources and civil engineering projects from planning through construction.
• Prepare drainage studies, hydraulic analyses, and design documents.
• Coordinate permitting efforts and regulatory submittals with agencies.
• Build strong client and internal team relationships to grow the practice.
