Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is strongly preferred.
• Two years of professional experience in planning, development, and implementation of water quality, watershed management, and streambed restoration.
• GIS experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and coordinates the Water Resources Department programs including Clear Lake water quality enhancement and watershed management.
• Oversees and performs water quality monitoring and related data analysis.
• Prepares grant proposals, budgets, and reporting; administers grants.
• Provides consultation to management and elected officials on natural resource policies and regulations.
• Coordinates with other departments and agencies; assists with budget development and administration.
