Qualifications

• Minimum of 7–10 years of progressively responsible experience in water resources planning.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in water projects.
• Experience developing groundwater sustainability plans.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily functions of the water resources department.
• Develop and implement goals, objectives, and policies.
• Manage complex water quality planning and compliance functions.
