HNTB Corporation in the United States seeks a senior leader to manage a professional or technical discipline department within our design, development and delivery teams. You will oversee scope, budget, and quality control on projects, coordinate priorities, staffing, and assignments to ensure resources meet client needs.

The role also includes mentoring staff, collaborating across offices, supporting SSA/SDA processes, contributing to marketing and proposals, and recruiting top engineering

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 10 years of practical experience including 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develops, monitors and manages the department budget and forecast updates.
• Manages discipline-specific engineering department and staff development.
• Coordinates department activities, establishes priorities and assigns staff to projects.
• Leads recruitment, hiring, development and retention of department staff.
• Supports marketing responsibilities such as client discovery, proposals and interviews.
• Oversees project management activities including scope, schedule and quality.
• Leads multiple teams of 15–20+ employees.
