Qualifications

• Knowledge of Colorado water law and field operations.
• Experience with raw water operations and data analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel and data tracking.

• Experience with GIS/ArcMap and modeling software.

Responsibilities

• Identify, operate, and maintain raw water infrastructure.
• Monitor diversions and pumping operations per regulatory changes.
• Update water use data and reports using Excel and tools.
• Represent the city at water stakeholder meetings and boards.
• Serve as project manager with contractors for field work.
• Prepare plans and emergency readiness documents with State Engineer's Office.
• Maintain historical dam/stability records and submit reports.
