• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, environmental sciences, or related field.
• Experience managing staff, leading large teams, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct the operations and maintenance activities of the water system.
• Develop and administer budgets; plan long-range capital programs.
• Prepare and review technical reports and calculations to ensure compliance with standards.
• Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate staff; conduct presentations to councils and boards.
• Respond to customer complaints and ensure dependable, safe resources for the community.
