The Water Resources Practice is seeking a Water Resources Group Leader in Bellevue, Seattle, Olympia, or Tacoma, WA.
This role requires strong experience organizing and leading teams, producing high-quality technical documents, and supporting effective public communications. The successful candidate will bring a proven track record of developing client relationships, leading competitive pursuits, and advancing the growth of a Water Resources practice. Responsibilities include effectively managing projects and leading staff through supervision, coaching, and mentoring, as well as assessing team capabilities and balancing short and long-term utilization. Experience and established client relationships within municipal and federal programs in the Water Resources field are strongly valued and will help expand, complement, or enhance the firm's existing key practice areas.
