Job summary

Donovan-Hill Group, Inc. in Pensacola, FL is seeking a Water Resources Engineer PE to design and analyze wastewater and water infrastructure projects. You will work under the Water Resources Market Director to deliver regulatory-compliant solutions for municipal to federal programs.

The role requires a Civil/Environmental Engineering degree (ABET) and 3–4 years PE experience in water/wastewater, with Florida registration or eligibility. AutoCAD, hydraulic modeling, and MS 365 are a plus.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil or Environmental Engineering from ABET program.
• 3-4 years PE experience in water/wastewater.
• Florida PE registration or eligibility.
• Familiar with Process Engineering a plus.
• AutoCAD, Hydraulic Modeling, and MS 365 skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design and analysis of wastewater collection, transmission, treatment and disposal to meet regulatory standards.
• Assist in design and analysis of water supply, treatment, storage, and distribution systems to meet regulatory standards.
• Determine federal, state, and local requirements and assist in permit applications.
• Collaborate with team of engineers and support staff.
• Prepare technical engineering reports and progress reports under supervision.
• Gather and analyze data related to water resources using hydraulic analysis software.
• Participate in site assessments, data collection, and field investigations.
