Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. seeks a Water Resources Engineer to join a respected consulting firm working on stormwater, drainage, watershed and flood control projects in the Washington, DC region.

The role designs stormwater systems, performs hydrologic analyses, prepares erosion and sediment control plans, and coordinates with clients and agencies. A 3+ year background and Civil/Environmental Engineering degree are required; U.S. citizenship or Green Card preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• 3+ years of water resources engineering experience.
• Experience with hydrology and hydraulic modeling software.
• Knowledge of local and state stormwater regulations.
• EIT or PE license preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Candidates must be a U.S. Citizen or hold a Green Card.

Responsabilités

• Design stormwater management and drainage systems.
• Perform hydrologic and hydraulic analyses and modeling.
• Prepare erosion and sediment control plans.
• Assist with watershed studies, floodplain mapping, and permitting.
• Coordinate with clients, agencies, and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Prepare engineering reports, construction plans, and technical documentation.
