RS&H is seeking an experienced Water Resources Engineer to join our team in either St. Charles or Chicago, IL.

The role focuses on watershed delineation, hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, and stormwater design, with hands-on use of ICPR, SWMM, HEC-HMS/RAS, HY-8, SRH-2D, ArcGIS, OpenRoads Designer, SUDA, and Civil 3D. Candidates should have a ABET-accredited Civil Engineering degree, a PE license, and relevant IDOT project experience.

Formación

• ABET-accredited Civil Engineering degree required.
• Professional Engineer license required.
• CFM certification or SRH-2D advanced training preferred.
• Knowledge of applicable codes and regulations at federal, state, and local level.
• Experience leading major projects or multiple moderate-size projects with junior staff guidance.
• Strong communication and client relation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Watershed delineation and hydrological parameter determination.
• Hydrologic and hydraulic modeling.
• Stormwater drainage analysis and design.
• Plan production using OpenRoads Designer, SUDA, and/or Civil 3D.
• Support IDOT projects.
• Prepare contract plans, specifications, estimates, and permit applications.
