• Familiarity with engineering software and automated design tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare plan details, quantities, and cost estimates for project segments.
• Assist in preparation of technical specifications.
• Evaluate vendor bids and drawings for specification compliance.
• Review and approve design drawings within defined limits.
• Prepare technical reports or portions of larger reports.
• Perform field tests, collect field data.
• Support proposal team or manager.
