Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental engineering.
• Basic CAD proficiency or introductory experience.
• Strong reasoning and analytical ability.
• Ability to write clear, professional reports.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• EIT certification or actively pursuing credential.
• Hands-on experience with Civil 3D (AutoCAD) or similar design software.
• Familiarity with water resources analysis and modeling.
• Experience in field-based engineering work or site inspections.

Responsibilities

• Apply standard engineering techniques to perform related technical tasks.
• Conduct routine analyses and testing, preparing summaries for senior staff.
• Participate in field activities, including site visits and inspections.
• Maintain documentation and data logs from job sites.
• Analyze laboratory data and prepare detailed reports.
• Perform calculations and develop input for plans and specifications.
• Present technical information clearly to individuals and small groups.
• Refer complex issues to senior staff for guidance.
• Support studies and data collection under supervision.
