Job summary

AllSearch Professional Staffing is seeking a Water Resource Engineer for the Indianapolis, IN office. You will support civil and water resources projects across water, wastewater, stormwater, and utility infrastructure, contributing to design, calculations, and construction documents.

The position is full-time and on-site, offering a base salary to 36.00/hour plus bonuses and full benefits. It also provides a path toward PE licensure and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• 1+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• Successful completion of the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) Exam.
• Experience supporting civil engineering, water resources, water, wastewater, stormwater, or utility infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
• Interest in pursuing Professional Engineer (PE) licensure.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical design and engineering calculations for civil and water resources projects.
• Support water and wastewater treatment, stormwater management, pump station, water distribution, and sanitary collection system projects.
• Assist with civil engineering design for water, wastewater, stormwater, and utility infrastructure.
• Develop construction documents, engineering plans, and specifications under the supervision of a Professional Engineer.
• Coordinate technical project information with engineers and other project team members.
• Support project-related engineering documentation and communications.
