Qualifications

• Ten years of professional engineering experience in water resources, stormwater management, and/or watershed planning.
• Successful track record in business development, including identifying opportunities and developing winning proposals.
• Knowledge of programmatic and regulatory state and federal agency requirements related to water resources.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the Water Resources discipline.
• Lead business development efforts and manage complex projects.
• Mentor and grow a team of engineers and project managers.
