GPD Group is seeking a Civil Engineering Water Resources Co-op in Akron, OH. You will be a billable member of the team doing design work for our clients and learning how to use different design technology and software systems while mentoring under a professional engineer.

This role offers exposure to water distribution, wastewater collection, stormwater, water/wastewater treatment systems, green infrastructure, environmental regulatory programs, and FEMA public assistance.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Interest in working with communities on stream restoration and stormwater permitting.
• Hyrdrology and Hydraulic analysis, wastewater collection and treatment, green infrastructure, and water distribution.

Responsibilities

• This is not a \"get coffee and file paperwork\" type of co-op experience. You will be a billable member of the team doing design work for our clients and learning how to use different design technology and software systems while mentoring under a professional engineer.
