Job summary

CHA Consulting, Inc. seeks two Water Resources CAD/Revit Designers to join our Water Team in Loogootee, IN; Santa Claus, IN; or Evansville, IN.

You will support planning and design of critical water infrastructure projects with engineers and project teams. You will develop drawings using AutoCAD, REVIT, and other software; review for standards; participate in meetings; and gain field exposure to deliver buildable solutions.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Engineering or related technical field required.
• Minimum 2 years of engineering document production experience.
• Proficient with REVIT, AutoCAD, and MicroStation.
• Knowledge of drafting standards and construction documentation processes.
• Strong communication and collaboration across project teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and revise engineering drawings, layouts, and construction documents using AutoCAD, REVIT, and other software.
• Collaborate with engineers and senior designers to produce high-quality deliverables.
• Review drawings for quality, consistency, and standards compliance.
• Assist with plans, specifications, and project documentation; learn industry practices.
• Participate in project meetings and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Support field activities and site visits to develop as-built documentation.
