Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of construction experience, preferably as an Office Engineer or Assistant Resident Engineer.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, codes, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency with E-Builder and related construction software.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely receipt and organization of contractor documentation.
• Prepare project status reports and stakeholder communications.
• Verify Change Orders and record properly in reports.
