Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Agricultural, Biological, or Civil Engineering is required.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in environmental or civil engineering.
• Knowledge and proficient use of Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, Word, and PowerPoint is required.
• PE license.
• Experience with HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, WinTR-55, and EPA-SWMM.

Responsibilities

• Support local and regional environmental water and wastewater projects in planning, data analysis, reporting, data management, and design focused on river/coastal structures.
• Work under the guidance of Project Managers and Sr. Engineers to help evaluate the desired goals of the system and assist in development, design, and equipment selection to achieve project goals.
• Collaborate with team to share knowledge and develop skills within Jacobs' global practice.

As a key member of our Honolulu, HI team you'll be involved in research, development, design and testing of a variety of equipment, facilities, components, products for commercial and industrial applications. You’ll work under the guidance of Project Managers and Sr. Engineers to help evaluate the desired goals of the system. By doing so you’ll assist in the development, design, and equipment selection to achieve the goal on specific projects.

The base salary range for this position is $110,600.00 to $167,310.00; though will be paid hourly based on hours worked. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
