Job summary

J. Blanton Plumbing is seeking an experienced Water Remediation Operations Manager to lead and grow our residential water remediation team. This role focuses on developing people, driving operational excellence, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will oversee daily field operations, manage restoration crews, and help build a high-performing department as the company grows. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential water restoration experience.
• Previous experience managing water restoration crews and field operations.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Experience scheduling crews and managing multiple restoration projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong understanding of water mitigation equipment, drying processes, and industry best practices.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

J. Blanton Plumbing is seeking an experienced Water Remediation Operations Manager to lead and grow our residential water remediation team. This is a leadership opportunity for someone with a strong background in water restoration who is passionate about developing people, driving operational excellence, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

As the Operations Manager, you will oversee daily field operations, manage restoration crews, ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently, and help build a high-performing department as our company continues to grow.

What You’ll Do
