Job summary

Six Flags White Water is seeking a Water Quality Technician to help maintain water quality systems and safe operation of water park rides. You must be able to work weekends and holidays and produce accurate written reports. The role includes flexibility for shift coverage across the park and related facilities.

Pay is up to $18 per hour, with opportunities to advance, and benefits such as free tickets for family and friends, career-building experiences, and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work weekends, holidays and maintain accurate written reports.
• Water park environment familiarity is a plus.
• Must be able to stand, walk, lift up to 500 lbs and work in outdoor conditions.
• Season: February through September; possible cross-park shift to Six Flags Over Georgia for August–April as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with general maintenance projects including light carpentry, painting, concrete repairs, landscaping, and pressure washing.
• Ensure pools are chemically balanced according to Cobb County Health Department and park standards.
• Conduct thorough pre-opening inspections of pools, slide structures, and attractions.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and daily logs of work performed.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear personal protective equipment when handling chemicals.
• Ensure attractions are clean and in compliance with manufacturer specifications and company expectations.
