Job summary

The Thrasher Group is seeking a Construction Inspector to support water-related projects across West Virginia, Southeast Ohio, and Southwest Pennsylvania. You will be a key player in ensuring project success through on-site oversight, documentation, and stakeholder communication.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of construction inspection experience, OSHA 10, CPR, and first aid certifications, with optional water treatment certification.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of construction inspection experience.
• OSHA 10, CPR, and first aid certifications highly desirable.
• Water treatment certification (Class 3 or higher) advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Participate in on-site activities with residents, owners, and contractors.
• Monitor construction progress for adherence to plans and specs.
• Maintain detailed project records including quantities and daily reports.
• Keep redline and as-built drawings documenting modifications.
• Identify and prevent construction defects and ensure quality standards.
• Facilitate communication among owners, engineers, and contractors.
• Coordinate information flow to keep all parties informed.
• Travel to project sites with possible extended stays away from home.
