We are offering a unique opportunity to join our Rye Brook, New York office, providing high-quality wastewater and water engineering services to municipal clients nationwide.
The successful candidate will be a motivated, growth-oriented professional capable of managing project teams through all project phases, including planning, design, construction, start-up, and operations. You will mentor staff and support clients, working alongside engineers and our integrated electrical, structural, CAD, operations, and SCADA teams. You will participate in delivery system improvement programs and continuous learning initiatives. You will primarily provide project management and engineering support on wastewater and drinking water projects. This role involves leading and collaborating with junior and mid-level staff, engaging with senior technical teams and leadership. The ideal candidate is technically proficient with experience in evaluating, planning, designing, and constructing municipal water systems, and engaging with stakeholders such as operators and public officials. Familiarity with issues related to master planning, treatment, distribution, and collection systems is preferred. You should be familiar with local and federal regulations and able to support marketing and proposals.

Yes, 10-20% within the Mid-Atlantic Region and Westchester County, NY
$150,000 - $180,000 annually, with flexible, location-dependent pay based on experience and geographic differentials. Remote work options available.
