Job summary
New Braunfels Utilities (NBU) is seeking an Engineer in Training (EIT) to support planning, design, construction, and maintenance of water and wastewater systems in New Braunfels, TX. The role develops professional engineering licensure through project involvement, regulatory compliance, and capital improvement support.
Responsibilities include planning and design assistance, hydraulic analyses, and preparation of cost estimates and technical documents.
Qualifications
- Fundamental knowledge of civil, environmental, or water resources engineering principles.
- Ability to interpret engineering plans, specifications, and reports.
- One year or more of experience in design and construction of water and wastewater systems.
Responsibilities
