Job summary

Weston & Sampson Engineers Inc in Plymouth, MA is seeking a licensed Drinking Water Operator to manage municipal and private water treatment and distribution systems on the South Shore. You will perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and water quality sampling and testing to ensure safe, compliant operations.

The ideal candidate holds MA Grade 2+ licenses for treatment and distribution, a MA driver's license, and strong reading, math, and communication skills to support regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• Massachusetts Drinking Water Treatment Operator license – Grade 2 or higher.
• Massachusetts Drinking Water Distribution Operator license – Grade 2 or higher.
• Valid Commonwealth of Massachusetts motor vehicle license.
• Basic mechanical and electrical repair experience preferred.
• Good verbal communication skills, basic math skills, computer, and the ability to read technical instructions.
• Understanding of Massachusetts drinking water regulations and treatment processes.

Salary Range: $25.00 To $35.00 Hourly

Weston & Sampson Services is seeking a licensed, experienced Drinking Water Operator. This position will be working in the South Shore, Massachusetts area.

What you’ll do:

• Operate and maintain municipal and/or private drinking water treatment & distribution systems
• Preventive maintenance and repair of treatment equipment

What you will bring:
