Job summary

NW Natural Water is seeking a Water Operations Supervisor in Sunriver, Oregon. You will supervise water transmission and distribution operations, coordinate maintenance, and ensure compliance with state and federal environmental rules.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent; AND four (4) years of Water Distribution experience, preferably with Company; OR an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Plans, schedules, and supervises the operation, maintenance, and repair of Water infrastructure, equipment, and components.
• Monitors Water activities to assure that Department policies are followed.
• Supervises staff, assigns tasks and priorities; evaluates staff performance; maintains safety standards.
