A leading engineering firm is seeking an Operations Specialist to develop facility operations manuals and support water infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in the water/wastewater field and strong writing and technical skills. Key responsibilities include supporting evaluations, training operators, and developing condition assessments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in water/wastewater field.
• Experience in plant operations is required.
• Certification as a water or wastewater treatment plant operator is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop facility operations manuals for water systems.
• Provide support for infrastructure evaluations and design.
• Assist in developing operator training and startup plans.

Skills

Excellent writing ability

General knowledge of process control

Ability to interpret engineering plans

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Education

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field

Associate's degree in a professional field
