Job summary

A leading water damage restoration company is looking for a Combo Water/Mold Technician to manage mitigation and remediation assignments. Responsibilities include maintaining communication with managers and customers, updating files in the MICA app, and adhering to safety protocols. The ideal candidate has restoration experience, strong communication skills, and is comfortable using iPads. A valid driver's license and ability to lift heavy equipment are essential. Qualifications

• Restoration experience (Mitigation, Remediation, Construction) is a plus.
• Experience working with insurance claims is a plus.
• Must be willing to travel in times of need.

Responsibilities

• Be available by phone and email during scheduled on-duty hours.
• Communicate daily with the Operations Manager.
• Maintain good time management with handling assignments.

Skills

Excellent communication and customer service skills
