Job summary

Lightspeed Restoration of Pleasant Hill is seeking a Water and Mold Remediation Technician to support the Contra Costa community with water mitigation and restoration services. You will work on customer properties across the Bay Area as needed, reporting to the Operations Manager and ensuring quality delivery.

The role requires a high school diploma (or GED) and strong communication skills. Paid training is provided, with opportunities for growth within a family-owned franchise network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or GED) required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions and charts.
• Comfort with basic math and reporting daily activity.

Responsibilities

• Perform water damage mitigation and restoration services as described by the company.
• Determine the correct sequence of steps for each customer job.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Maintain timely logs, work orders, and restoration documentation.
• Willingness to be on-call during nights and weekends as needed.
