Job summary

Dry Force is seeking motivated Water Mitigation Technicians in Hutto, TX to assist customers after water, flood, or storm losses by setting up drying equipment and monitoring progress.

No extensive industry experience is required; training is provided. You will work on a fast-paced team, communicate with customers, and contribute to restoring properties to pre-loss condition. The role includes on-call rotations and driving company vehicles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in varied environments.

Responsibilities

• Respond to water damage and emergency mitigation projects
• Set up and monitor drying equipment such as air movers and dehumidifiers
• Document drying progress using a mobile device
• Communicate professionally with customers and team
• Drive company vehicles safely and participate in on-call rotations
