ServiceMaster CDR in Ohio is seeking an entry-level Water Restoration Technician to join our disaster response team. You will learn water mitigation, extraction, mold remediation, and drying setup while supporting homeowners and renewal projects.

What You’ll Do as a Water Restoration Technician

As an entry-level Water Restoration Technician, you’ll gain hands-on experience while working closely with our expert team to:

• Respond to emergency calls and initiate water mitigation services.
• Perform water extraction, steam cleaning, demolition, and mold remediation.
• Set up and monitor professional drying equipment.
• Accurately document progress using job management software.
• Work collaboratively with homeowners, office staff, and lead technicians to complete scheduled projects.
• Maintain company standards for appearance, communication, and equipment upkeep.

What You Bring to the Team

• High school diploma or GED.
