Job summary

Bolden's Cleaning & Restoration, a Noblesville-based family-owned cleaning and restoration company, is seeking an experienced Water Mitigation Technician. The role requires WRT/ASD IICRC certifications, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work independently or in a team to assess water damage and lead drying operations.

You will join a 24/7/365 service team, enjoy opportunities to advance, and must pass a background check. Expect 40+ hours per week, with some nights or weekends.

Qualifications

• WRT/ASD IICRC Certifications required.
• Valid Driver's License with good record (no suspensions).
• Ability to pass full background check (no felonies or misdemeanors).
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs equipment.
• Willingness to work in confined spaces and perform demolition of building materials.
• Working knowledge and use of PPE.

Must have at the minimum a WRT/ASD Certification from IICRC.

Must have a VALID Driver License.

Our mitigation department is looking for experienced WATER MITIGATION technician.

We are a Noblesville based, family-owned and operated cleaning and restoration company seeking qualified people to grow with this expanding business.

Candidates must be able to work independently, think creatively, have a good personality and excel at teamwork.

Scheduled hours plus occasional nights or weekends as our industry is a 24/7/365 service.

REQUIREMENTS

• WRT/ASD IICRC CERTIFICATIONS


• VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE WITH GOOD RECORD - NO CURRENT SUSPENSIONS


• ABILITY TO PASS FULL BACKGROUND CHECK (No Felonies or Misdemeanors)


• Have ability to get to and from work each day


• Able to lift 50+ lbs. equipment


• Willingness to work in confined spaces and perform demolition of building materials.


• Working knowledge and use of PPE
