About the Role

As a Water Mitigation Technician, you'll work with an experienced team responding to residential and commercial properties affected by water damage. You'll help remove water, set up drying equipment, clean affected areas, remove damaged materials when necessary, and monitor the drying process.

You'll also learn how to use professional mitigation equipment, take moisture readings, document job progress, and properly protect unaffected areas of customers' properties.

Because you'll often be working with customers during stressful situations, professionalism, communication, and a willingness to help are just as important as technical experience.

What We're Looking For

• Restoration, water mitigation, construction, demolition, plumbing, HVAC, maintenance, or other hands‑on experience is preferred

• Previous industry experience is not required for someone who is motivated and willing to learn

• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

• Comfortable learning to use tools and specialized equipment

• Ability to perform active, hands‑on work throughout the day

• Strong attention to detail

• Positive attitude and willingness to take direction

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

IICRC Water Restoration Technician certification is a plus but not required.
