Job summary

Apex Restoration DKI in Austin, TX is seeking a Restoration Water Mitigation Superintendent to oversee field crews, verify scope completion, and ensure OSHA-compliant safety on every job.

You will monitor moisture mapping, manage equipment inventory, and coordinate with the Mitigation Project Manager to deliver timely final invoices. This role requires leadership, strong communication, and a commitment to high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of insurance claim procedures is a plus.
• IICRC restoration certifications preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Moisture mapping knowledge.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Able to enter confined spaces and climb ladders.
• Professional appearance at all times.
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• No felony convictions.

Responsibilities

• Verify that all tasks on the scope are completed and inform the Project Manager.
• Ensure a safe jobsite per OSHA and company policy.
• Moisture maps and monitors dry-out of all assignments.
• Manage inventory of consumables, tools, and drying equipment.
• Coordinate with team and clients; resolve issues.
• Assist with final invoicing after job completion.
