Base pay range

$22.00/hr - $27.00/hr

We are seeking an individual who wants to lead a water, mold, and fire clean-up crew. The successful candidate will have excellent customer interaction skills and be able to supervise a team of 2-5 people. This position involves both physical labor and administrative tasks.

Training will be provided for candidates with customer service and basic supervisory experience.

Significant overtime and bonuses are available for high performers.

Candidates must be comfortable using hand-held electronics (smartphones and iPads) and laptops.

A valid driver's license, ability to pass background checks, and availability for after-hours on-call work are required.

Benefits include paid vacation, holidays, and 401K profit sharing.

Starting pay ranges from $22 to $27 per hour, with potential for lots of overtime, emergency, and weekend bonuses. Estimated first-year earnings are between $55,000 and $70,000.
