Responsibilities

• Assess regional water and wastewater markets by analyzing public utility capital improvement programs.
• Identify and qualify near- and mid-term opportunities aligned with AECOM’s strengths.
• Partner with the Division Manager to prioritize target clients and pursuits.
• Support go/no-go decisions and pursuit planning with market intelligence.
• Build and maintain relationships with public water and wastewater agencies.
• Collaborate with operations and technical teams for upcoming opportunities.
