Job description

The City of Signal Hill is seeking a Water Maintenance Worker for the Water Division to join the Public Works team. The first review of applications will be on January 6, 2025. APPLY IMMEDIATELY; recruitment may close at any time.

Salary:

• Water Maintenance Worker I: $4,281.14 - $5,464.04 Monthly
• Water Maintenance Worker II: $4,670.29 - $5,960.64 Monthly

Job Description: Under direct supervision, performs semi-skilled and skilled tasks related to the construction, operation, maintenance, repair, and cleaning of water facilities in the city.

Distinguishing Characteristics: This is an entry/journey level position in the Field Maintenance Worker series. The salary listed covers both Level I and Level II positions.
