Job summary

AlphaGov is seeking a Water Main Condition Assessment Engineer for current city work. This remote-first role involves planning and overseeing condition assessment of large-diameter water mains, analyzing inspection data, and developing renewal and monitoring programs to support capital planning.

The position requires at least 5 years of professional experience in water main condition assessment, experience with in-pipe or acoustic inspection technologies, and comfort with a 1099 project-based

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional experience in water main condition assessment.
• Experience with in-pipe or acoustic inspection technologies.
• Comfortable as a 1099 project-based consultant.
• Nice-to-have: PE license (Maryland preferred).
• Nice-to-have: PCCP experience and asset management programs.
