Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of water infrastructure projects
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and contract administration
• Coordinate with owners, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Oversee procurement, change orders, and risk management
• Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and quality standards
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project engineers and field staff
• Represent the company in client meetings and public agency interactions
• Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed
  
  

Experience Needed:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in heavy civil construction
• At least 5 years of experience managing water infrastructure projects (e.g., water/wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, pipelines)
• Proven success managing public works projects with municipalities or utility districts
• Strong understanding of permitting, regulatory compliance, and environmental requirements
• Experience with design-build and CMAR delivery methods is a plus
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred but not required
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• OSHA 30 certification and a strong commitment to jobsite safety
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed
