Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, or pursuing one with expected completion by Dec 31, 2026.
• Three years of relevant experience for PM I; four years for PM II.
• Education and experience may substitute for each other year-for-year.

Responsibilities

• Review applications for financial assistance and advise on TWDB requirements.
• Develop engineering information for funding consideration and assess feasibility.
• Coordinate with federal and state agencies on projects and programs.
• Review and evaluate engineering-related financial documents for compliance.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and costs; identify delays.
• Perform routine contract management and review payment requests.
• On-site observations of water and wastewater projects for compliance.
