Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, or currently pursuing such degree to be obtained by December 31, 2026.
• Three years of relevant project management experience for PM I, four years for PM II.
• Education/experience can be substituted for each other year-for-year.

Responsibilities

• Reviews applications for financial assistance and advises applicants on TWDB requirements.
• Performs technical review and evaluation of engineering documents according to guidelines.
• Monitors project schedules, budgets, and costs; assists with contract management.
• Represents the agency at meetings with stakeholders and may train others.
