Job summary

The North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality seeks a Program Development Coordinator (NS) for the Division of Water Infrastructure. This role supports the State Water Infrastructure Authority, coordinates meeting preparations, drafts staff reports, and presents funding program information across the state and virtually.

Bachelor’s degree and five years of related program experience are preferred; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an appropriately accredited institution.
• Five (5) years of progressively responsible program experience related to the area of assignment.

Responsibilities

• Manages the State Water Infrastructure Authority program and associated activities.
• Serves as a point of contact for organizing and conducting technically complex presentations for application trainings across the state and additional outreach efforts
• Assists Division with post-award funding process
• Assist Division with funding application intake and review
• Other duties as assigned
