AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Program Manager - Water Infrastructure in Atlanta, GA. You will oversee large capital improvement programs, manage multi-project delivery, and serve as the main liaison with the public agency.

The role requires leading a cross-discipline delivery team and coordinating resources, budgets, and schedules to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes. The ideal candidate has 15+ years in PM, with 10+ in multi-project oversight, and a Bachelor’s in a related field; MBA is a plus.

Qualifications

• 15+ years professional experience in project or program management.
• PMP or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) desired within one year of hire.
• Experience with large public CIP programs or water/wastewater projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage development and implementation of large capital improvement programs.
• Serve as primary contact with public agency.
• Oversee a multi-disciplined program management delivery team.
• Coordinate resources, budgets, and schedules for successful deliverables.
• Lead risk, change, and quality assurance across programs.
• Support financial tracking to ensure sustainable margins.
• Build and maintain client relationships and respond to change requests.
