Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field is required.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) preferred in California or progressing toward licensure.
• Must have at least 10 years of civil engineering experience and project leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver civil engineering plans, specifications, and reports for groundwater and water infrastructure projects.
• Supervise project delivery requirements and QA/QC processes.
• Lead risk mitigation and ensure regulatory compliance across tasks.
• Coordinate with multi-discipline teams and client service groups.
• Support proposals, presentations, and business development efforts.
• Manage assignments to meet time and budget goals.
