- 2.5+ years of plumbing or water heater installation experience (or apprenticeship).
- Strong interpersonal communication with customers and team members.
- Ability to work independently and safely.
- Familiarity with email and using an iPad.
- Ability to complete job documentation and communicate with team leads, Customer Service & Dispatch.
Responsibilities
- Install, replace, and repair tank and tankless water heaters in residential and commercial settings.
