Rescue Rooter, a member of ARS, seeks a full-time in-home sales specialist in the Dallas area to meet homeowners, assess water heater needs, and present options with transparent pricing. You’ll work within our nationwide residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services network.

The role emphasizes uncapped commissions, weekly settlements, and provided tools, with company benefits including insurance after 31 days and a 401(k) match. Training is ongoing to build product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Residential plumbing knowledge, especially water heaters.
• In-home sales or one-call-close experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Pass background check and drug screening.
• Strong communication and consultative sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet homeowners to assess and quote water heater replacements (gas, electric, or tankless).
• Present product options, explain installation details, and provide pricing. Appointments set by ARS from service calls/ inquiries.
