This role requires physical stamina, the ability to work long shifts, weekend/on-call rotations, and clean, professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50–100 pounds regularly.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Able to work long shifts and weekends as needed.
• Comfortable working in hot/cold environments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare rooms and set up equipment for each project.
• Communicate with management and teammates to maintain workflow.
• Perform extraction, cleaning, and demolition per directions.
• Complete end-of-day cleanup and ensure a tidy jobsite.
